The Rhode Island Superior Court announced on April 2 the assignment of justices for the qualification of grand and petit jurors in Providence County from April 3 through May 2, 2026.

According to Administrative Order 2026-02, Mr. Justice McBurney will qualify grand jurors on Monday, April 13 at 2:00 p.m. in his courtroom. For petit jurors, Mr. Justice Smith is assigned to Monday and Wednesday sessions on April 6 and April 8; Ms. Justice Darigan will preside over qualifications on April 13 and April 15; Ms. Justice Keough is scheduled for April 20 and April 22; and Mr. Justice Matos will oversee sessions on April 27 and April 29. All petit jury qualifications are set to take place in Courtroom No.11 at 9:30 a.m.
